Recurring transportation may be available for dialysis, therapy, medical appointments, and other regularly scheduled trips.

Can a family member or caregiver travel with the passenger?

How do confirmations, cancellations and waiting times work?

Every trip is confirmed by phone or email before the day. If your plans change, contact us as early as you can so the time can be offered to another passenger. Pickup windows and waiting arrangements are agreed when the trip is confirmed.

How is payment arranged?

Payment arrangements are discussed and agreed when your trip is confirmed. Contact us if you have questions about paying for a trip.
